摘要
目的 :研究复方卡马西平片中氢溴酸东莨菪碱的含量均匀度。方法 :色谱柱 :HypersilC6H5(10 μm ,4.6mm× 2 5cm) ;流动相 :0 .0 0 5mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液 甲醇 乙腈 (70∶2 0∶10 ,v/v) ,流速 1.0ml·min-1;检测波长 2 15nm ;柱温 45℃。结果 :本法测定氢溴酸东莨菪碱在 3～ 18μg·ml-1范围内 ,得线性方程 :A =- 2 95 +813C ,r =0 .9996 ,平均回收率为 10 1.1% ,RSD 1.0 %。结论 :该法适合复方卡马西平的含量均匀度测定。
OBJECTIVE:To test the content uniformity of scopolamine hydrobromide in compound carbamazepine tablets by HPLC.METHODS:A Hypersil C 6H 5 column was used,the mobile phase consisted of 0.05 mol·L -1 K 2HPO 4 solution methnal acetrnitrite(70∶20∶10,v/v),the detector wavelength was 215nm,the flow rate 1.0 ml·min -1 ,column temperature 45℃.RESULTS:The linear regression of scopolamine hydrobromide was A =-295+813 C , r = 0.999 6 with concentration range from 3 μg·ml -1 to 18 μg·ml -1 , the average recovery was 101.1% , RSD 1.0% .CONCLUSIONS:The method is suitable for the test of the content uniformity of scopolamine hydrobromide in the tablets.
