摘要
近年来,大学毕业生的就业已成为比较严重的社会问题,这种现象的存在与学校对学生的培养难以满足企业的要求有关,通过查找影响院校与企业发展目标相协调的基本因素,找到解决的基本方法。
In recent years, the employment of university graduates has become a serious social problem. It is one of the reason that colleges can not meet the requirement of enterprises in the aspect of students development. This thesis aims to solve the basic approach by means of finding the basic factor that affecting the coordination between higher vocational colleges and business development goals.
