摘要
对无机特种纤维中的碳化硅纤维、氮化硅纤维、氮化硼纤维的结构与性能、发展情况、制备方法以及主要应用领域进行了简要介绍,并展望了这三种纤维的发展方向与发展前景。
The structure, performance, development, preparation method and main application fields of silicon carbide fiber, silicon nitride fiber, boron nitride fiber of the inorganic special fiber are introduced briefly. Finally, the future direction of development and development prospects of the three kinds of fibers are briefly forcasted.
