摘要
开颅手术患者在术中及术后发生出血的现象并非罕见,其发生与血液凝血、抗凝及纤溶状态密切相关。本文就开颅手术对纤溶系统的影响作一综述。
It is not uncommon that patients with craniotomy have haemorrhaged in the intraoperative and postoperative,and its occurrence is closely related with blood coagulation,anticoagulation and fibrinolysis.This paper reviews the influence of craniotomy on fibrinolytic system.
