摘要
目的观察丹参注射液对过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿的保护作用。方法 138例HSP患儿分为对照组(n=67)和观察组(n=71),2组均进行常规治疗,对照组加用西咪替丁,观察组加用丹参注射液和西咪替丁,观察2组治疗前后白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、IL-4、血浆血栓调节蛋白(TM)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果治疗前2组IL-6、TNF-α、IL-4、TM、MMP-9、SOD、NO、MDA水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后2组IL-6、TNF-α、IL-4、TM、MMP-9、NO及MDA水平下降,SOD活力上升(P<0.05或P<0.01)。治疗后观察组IL-6、TNF-α、IL-4、TM、MMP-9、NO和MDA水平低于对照组,SOD活力高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参注射液能较好地改善炎症水平,协调氧化与抗氧化指标及细胞外基质合成与降解的平衡,保护效果明显。
Objective To observe the protective effect of salvia mihiorrhiza injection on children with Henoch-Schon- lein purpura（HSP）. Methods One hundred and thirty-eight patients with HSP were randomly divided into control group and observation group. All patients recieved conventional treatment. Based on this, the control group was given cimetidine and the observation group was given salvia mihiorrhiza injection and cimetidine. The levels of interleukin-6 （IL-6） ,tumor necrosis fac- tor-a（ TNF-α ）, interleukin-4 （ IL-4 ）, thrombomodulin （ TM ）, matrix metalloproteinases-9 （ MMP-9 ） , superoxide dismutase （ SOD）, nitric oxide （ NO ） and malondialdehyde （MDA） were observed before and after treatment in the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no statistic differences of IL-6, TNF-α, IL-4, TM, MMP-9, SOD, NO and MDA levels between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared with before treatment, the IL-6, TNF-α, IL-4, TM, MMP-9, NO and MDA levels were decreased, SOD activity was increased significantly after treatment of the two groups （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment, the IL-6 ,TNF-α, IL-4 ,TM, MMP-9, NO and MDA levels in observation group were significantly lower and the SOD activity was significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Salvia miltiorrhiza injection can improve the inflam- mation levels,coordinate the balance of oxidative and anti-oxidative indexes, and the balance of extracellular matrix synthesis and degradation, which protective effect is obvious.
