深海管道位姿测量系统的误差源分析

摘要 针对海底管道连接工程中影响系统测量精度的误差源进行误差传递关系分析,得出正交倾角、伸出臂垂直俯仰角度和伸出臂水平摆动角度等误差源对测量结果的影响规律,量化各误差源的允许误差相对值.通过实例数值模拟计算长度与角度的相对误差,分析测量结果的理论误差.搭建室内实验平台,在5 m作业范围内系统的长度误差小于±50 mm,角度误差小于±1°.实验表明,测量结果满足技术要求,验证了理论分析的正确性. A deep-sea pipeline pose measurement system can measure the relative position and attitude of two pipe-lines to ensure the submarine pipelines connection. High-precision measurement is of great significance to success, and the connection of project success or failure depends largely on the level of underwater ineasurement accuracy. The error sources were analyzed by an error propagation relationship. The influence of various error sources on the measurement resuhs was revealed, and the relative error value of various sources was quantified. The relative error of the distance and angle was also calculated by the numerical simulation method. The error in distance within 5 m is ± 50 mm inside, and the error in angle is ±1° inside the test platform. The experimental data show that the meas- urement results meet the technical requirements and verify the correctness of the theoretical studies.
