摘要
综述我国竞技体育无形资产的发展与研究状况，竞技体育无形资产发展战略研究的指导思 想、基本内容、研究方法和主要目标，旨为构筑我国竞技体育无形资产发展战略理论体系起到开拓和 引导作用。
To meet hte need of developing sports industry and the incorporeal capital of competitive sports, this article analyzed the necessity and feasibility of studying competitive sports' incorporeal capital, and expounded the contents of studying competitive sports' incorporeal capital, including its guiding ideology, fundamental contents, research methods and main objectives, which played pio- neering and guiding pole for estabilishing the strategic theory of China's competitive sports' incorpo- real capital.
