摘要
目的检测哈蟆油及林蛙各组织中1-甲基海因(1-methylhydantoin,1-MID)。方法采用GC-MS法测定哈蟆油及林蛙各组织中1-MID。结果哈蟆油及林蛙其他组织均可检出1-MID。结论建立了哈蟆油中1-MID测定的方法;在林蛙的有关组织中均检测到含量不等的1-MID,用1-MID作为哈蟆油真伪鉴别的专属性有待研究。
Objective To determine 1-methylhydantoin（1-MID） in Ranae oviducts and other tissues of rana.Methods GCMS was used to determine the 1-MID in the tissues of rana.Results We detected 1-MID in all samples.Conclusion A new method of assaying 1-MID in Ranae oviducts has been developed.According to this experiment,1-MID is detected with varying concentrations in the releted tissues of rana.The specification of 1-MID as the identification mark of Ranae oviducts in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 should be further validated.
