摘要
目的探讨全程跟踪考核法对提高输血护理质量的效果。方法 2010年1月～2011年12月,由护理部质量控制考核小组采用全程跟踪考核法对临床各科进行输血护理质量管理,评定其效果。结果在实施输血护理全程跟踪考核法后,血袋返回率、血标本合格率、输血反应率、输血护理记录合格率、考核成绩平均分等输血护理质量指标均优于2008～2009年同期(P<0.05)。结论全程跟踪考核法能显著提高输血护理质量,值得在输血护理质量管理中应用推广。
Objective To investigate the tracking assessment method to improve the quality of care blood transfusion effect.Methods From January 2010 to December 2011,the nursing department quality control assessment team used the tracking assessment of blood transfusion quality of care management.Results The rate of return in the blood bags,blood samples pass rate,transfusion reaction rate,the average examination results graded transfusion quality of care indicators were better than the 2008 to 2009 over the same period（P0.05）.Conclusion Tracking the assessment method could improve the quality of care blood transfusion,it would be worth to promote the application of blood transfusion nursing quality management.
