摘要
目的临床静脉输液时,应用传统圆形止血带患者疼痛明显。研究旨在比较3种止血带在临床应用中的效果。方法选取分别使用3种不同止血带进行静脉输液的患者1200例,比较患者的疼痛感、一次性穿刺成功率及血管充盈度和回血情况。结果扁形丝织止血带在缓解疼痛、提高穿刺成功率和血管充盈回血方面与圆形乳胶止血带、扁形橡胶止血带比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丝织扁止血带可提高静脉输液成功率,减轻患者疼痛。
Objective A certainly pain can be felt by the patients using round latex tourniquet. The aim of this study is to compare the effects of three tourniquet in clinical applications. Methods One thousand and two hundred patients using three differ- ent tourniquet for intravenous infusion were recruited. The patient＇s pain, success rate of one time puncture, vascular filling degree and blood return were compared. Results Compared with the round latex tourniquet and the fiat rubber tourniquet, the fiat silk tourni- quet can relief pain, improve success rate of one time puncture and vascular filling ba^k （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The silk fiat tourniquet can improve the success rate of venipuneture and relieve pain in patients.
