摘要
基于应变的管道设计方法适用于管道通过土壤可能发生大位移的特殊地段,如,强震区、活动断裂带、矿山采空区沉陷地段、冻土地区以及滑坡地段等区段。介绍了针对冻土地区采用基于应变设计方法的研究成果,论述了适用于冻土地区的埋地管道基于应变的设计方法和设计流程,包括管道基于应变的设计准则、土壤冻胀融沉范围的计算、管道在差异性冻胀和差异性融沉以及边坡热融滑移情况下的应变计算方法,并就漠河—大庆原油管道基于应变设计进行了实例分析。分析结果表明,按基于应变的设计方法,管道是安全的。
The strain-based design method was applicable to the pipeline in particular districts possibly with large earth displacement,such as meizoseismal area,active fault belts,mined subsidence in goaf areas,permafrost terrain,and landslide.The research achievement about strain-based design for the buried pipeline in the permafrost terrain was introduced.Its design method and design process,including strain-based design criteria,calculation method of frost heave and thaw settlement range,and strain of pipelines loaded by differential frost heave and thaw settlement,and side slope thermal induced slippage were described.The case of strain-based design of Mohe-Daqing crude oil pipeline was analyzed,and results showed that the pipeline was safe according to the strain-based design method.
