全羊乳蛋白配方羊奶粉对婴儿生长发育的影响研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨全羊乳蛋白配方羊奶粉对婴儿生长发育的影响。方法:在北京市顺义区选择0—3月龄人工喂养婴儿40名,随机分为全羊乳蛋白配方羊奶粉喂养组、配方牛奶粉喂养组。两组婴儿分别以全羊乳蛋白配方羊奶粉和配方牛奶粉喂养6个月,采用问卷法调查母亲及婴儿基本情况,并于喂养3个月和6个月时测量比较两组婴儿身长、体重、头围、胸围、前囟、皮褶厚度等生长发育指标和末梢血元素水平的变化。结果:全羊乳蛋白配方羊奶粉喂养组婴儿喂养3个月后体重、胸围、肩胛下皮褶厚度、脐旁皮褶厚度的增长值以及末梢血Ca水平明显高于配方牛奶粉喂养组;喂养6个月后体重、头围、胸围的增长值明显高于配方牛奶粉喂养组(P<0.05)。结论:与配方牛奶粉比较,全羊乳蛋白配方羊奶粉可能对婴儿的生长发育具有一定的促进作用。 [Objective] To study the effect of the full goat lactoprotein formula on growth and development of infants.[Method]A total of 40 artificial feeding infants aged 0—3 months old in Beijing Shunyi district were recruited and randomly divided into 2 groups,which was full goat lactoprotein formula group fed with full goat lactoprotein formula for 6 months,and cow-milk formula group fed with cow-milk formula for 6 months.General information of mothers and infants were surveyed by a self-designed questionnaire.Height,body weight,head circumference,chest circumference,abdomen circumference,bregma,skinfold thickness of infants in both groups were measured after feeding for 3 months and 6 months,respectively.At the same time,peripheral blood calcium,magnesium,zinc,iron,and copper were examined.[Result] After 3 months feeding,the body weight gain,chest circumference growth,subscapular and parumbilical skinfold thickness growth of infants in full goat lactoprotein formula group were significantly higher than those in cow-milk formula group(P 0.05),as well as the calcium content in peripheral blood(P 0.05).After 6 months feeding,body weight gain,head circumference and chest circumference growth of infants in full goat lactoprotein formula group were still higher than those in cow-milk formula group(P 0.05).[Conclusion] Results showed that compared with cow-milk formula,the full goat lactoprotein formula might exert accelerated effect on the growth and development of infants.
