摘要
以湖南省汝城至郴州高速公路上的黄毛岭隧道工程为依托,结合现场监测和数值计算,对浅埋偏压小净距隧道洞口段施工异常及其处治对策进行了研究。分析了隧道洞口施工异常段各监测指标的变化趋势,并对其变形和开裂原因进行了综合分析。基于有限元理论,建立了浅埋偏压小净距隧道洞口段施工数值模型,比较分析了3种不同施工方法所呈现的力学特性,指出采用CD法施工可有效控制围岩变形,保证后续施工安全。最后,结合上述研究结果,提出了一系列的有针对性的浅埋偏压小净距隧道洞口段施工异常处治对策,实践证明其是可靠的。可为日后类似工程的设计、施工提供重要参考。
Taking the Huangmaoling tunnel on Rucheng-Chenzhou expressway in Hunan province China as background,the analyzing and handling of the abnormal condition on portal section of shallow buried bias tunnels with small span was studied by means of monitoring in-situ and numerical simulation.First,the variation trend of each monitoring indicators on the abnormal condition section were studied concretely,and the abnormal deformation and cracking reasons were analyzed comprehensively.And then,on basis of finite element theory,numerical models of portal section of shallow buried bias tunnels with small span was established,and the mechanical characteristics of 3 kinds of construction methods was comparison analyzed,the results indicates that the CD method is optimal,which can better control the deformation of surrounding rock,and make sure the safety construction in next procedure.At last,according to the aforementioned achivements,a series treatment measures for dealing with the abnormal condition on portal section of shallow buried bias tunnels with small span were advanced and applied,the practice proved that these treatment measures were reliable,which can be significant reference for similarity engineering in the future.
