Ga_2(SO_4)_3-凹凸棒型固体酸催化剂的制备及其对尼泊金庚酯合成的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用凹凸棒负载Ga2(SO4)3制备了Ga2(SO4)3-凹凸棒型固体酸催化剂,对所制催化剂进行红外光谱、X射线衍射等表征,通过尼泊金庚酯的合成考察了催化剂的制备条件、催化活性、重复使用性以及反应动力学。结果表明,催化剂的较优制备条件是凹凸棒经8%硫酸溶液酸化处理,Ga2(SO4)3负载量25%,焙烧温度300℃,焙烧时间2.5 h。在较优反应条件下,平均产率为92.1%。催化剂经过5次重复使用,产率仍不低于84.0%。动力学研究表明反应为二级反应,反应表观活化能为93.90 kJ/mol。 Solid acids Ga2 (SO4 )3-attapulgite catalyst was prepared by Ga2 (SO4)3 and attapulgite. The samples were characterized by IR and XRD. Suitable preparation conditions, catalyst activity, stability and kinetics character were studied in synthesis of heptyl 4-hydroxybenzoate. The results showed the suitable catalyst preparing conditions were that consistency of sulfuric acid is 8%, Ga2(SO4)3 loading is 25%, and calcinations at 300 ℃ for 2.5 h. The average of yield is 92.1%, and it above 84.0% after 5 times in the perfect synthesis condition. The kinetics study showed that it is second order reaction, the apparent activation energy is 93.90 kJ/mol.
