摘要
目的 了解初产妇自我效能与母亲角色适应水平,探讨两者的相关性.方法 采用一般自我效能感量表（GSES）和母亲角色适应调查问卷对186例初产妇进行问卷调查.结果 初产妇自我效能得分为（28.21 ±5.74）分；母亲角色适应总分为（59.61 ±5.86）分；自我效能与母亲角色适应呈正相关（r=0.511,P＜0.05）.结论 初产妇自我效能与母亲角色适应均处于中等水平,提高初产妇自我效能可以帮助其更好地适应母亲角色.
Objective To study the level of primipara＇s self-efficacy and role adaptation of mother and their correlation.Methods A total of 186 primipara was investigated with the General Self-Efficacy Scale and Role Adaptation of Mother Questionnaire.Results The scores of self-efficacy and role adaptation of mother were respectively （28.21 ± 5.74） and （59.61 ± 5.86）,and the self-efficacy was positively correlated with role adaptation of mother （r =0.511,P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions The level of self-efficacy and role adaptation of mother is moderate,and improving self-efficacy is helpful for primipara to adapt to the role of mother easier and better.
