甲状腺未分化癌的诊疗进展 被引量:4

摘要 甲状腺未分化癌(anaplastic thyroid carcinoma,ATC)是人类最具侵袭性的实体肿瘤之一,确诊后的中位生存期仅3~5个月。据统计ATC占甲状腺癌的1%~3%,但超过14%-50%的甲状腺癌患者死亡是ATC造成的。ATC目前尚无有效治疗,且存在诸多争议。本文就目前的治疗理念、新近临床试验结果及今后研究化疗药物的分子生物学方向做一综述。
