摘要
文章以农业技术创新理论为基础,通过选取安徽省各市的14个原始指标构建出农业技术创新能力评价体系,采用主成分分析法和聚类分析法对安徽省各市的农业技术创新能力进行评析和分类,并提出了提升安徽省各市农业技术创新能力的相关对策。并在市级农业技术创新能力的定量分析领域提供了相关理论依据和研究方法,为全面建设安徽省农业技术创新体系夯实了基础。
Based on the theory of agricultural technology innovation and by selecting 14 basic indicators of cities in Anhui province, this paper designs the evaluation system of innovation capability of agricultural technology. Using principal component analysis and cluster analysis, this paper evaluates and classifies the innovation capability of agricultural technology in the cities of Anhui province,and puts forward the related policy suggestions for improving the innovation level of agricultural technology. At last,the paper provides the relevant theories and research methods in the field of the quantitative analysis on the municipal innovation capability of agricultural technology and strengthens the construction of agricultural technology innovation system in Anhui province.
