ASPECTS ON THE NEW ROUND LAND AND RESOURCES SURVEY IN KARST ROCK DESERTIFICATION AREAS OF SOUTH CHINA

摘要 提出南方岩溶石山地区地下水资源及生态环境地质调查应根据本地区国家目标及社会需求 ,以及岩溶水文地质和生态环境地质的特点 ,并结合国内外水文地质、环境地质科学技术新进展 ,采用地球系统科学、岩溶动力系统理论和 3S及计算机技术 ,重点调查 80年代初完成 1/ 2 0万水文地质普查以来出现的新问题 ,诸如土地利状况改变 ,及相应的水土流失、旱涝灾害、水源枯竭和污染等环境地质问题。在工作布署上 ,一定要把岩溶水资源及生态环境地质调查与土地利用结合起来 ;在具体的操作上 ,既要认真考虑地区差别和岩溶类型的差别 ,又要认真考虑示范性作用 ,分片实施调查 ,并且注意做到产学研相结合 ,力求在为防治灾害及水土资源永续利用提供可靠的基础资料、为中央加快中西部地区开发战略及南方石山地区发展服务的同时 ,培育出一批能把水文地质调查同土地利用管理和生态重建相结合的年青人才。 WT5BZ]The land and resources survey of hydrogeology and ecological systems in karst rock desertification areas of south China should be based on the national goals and social demands in the work areas, as well as the karst hydrogeological and ecological features. The new round survey should take into account the progress of the science and technology on hydrogeology and environmental geology, using the theory of Earth System Science and 3S technology. The focus should be on the new environmental geological problems occuring after the first round of all China hydrogeological survey in the scale of 1/200000 finished in early 1980s, such as water and soil loss, karst collapse, drought and flood disaster, and the exhaustion and pollution of water resources following the change in land and cover. Land use and cover change should incorperate closely into the new round of hydrogeological and ecological survey. Moreover, it should consider seriously not only the regional and karst type difference, but also to demonstrate the new approaches of survey on representative sites that will first be put into operation. The full implementation should be spreaded out gradually from typical sites. The cooperation between Geological Survey, University and Research Institute are highly recommended. We should make our best to provide the reliable basic data for prevention and mitigation of the disaster and sustainable use of the water and land resources, and promote the regional development in the center and western China and the rehabilitation of rock desert in south China. Meanwhile, it is expected that the new round survey will bring up a passel of young people with ability to combine hydrogeological survey with the land use and management, and reconstruction of good ecological systems.
