一种水上行走机器人红外遥控器的设计与实现 被引量:5

摘要 讨论了一种水上行走机器人红外遥控器的设计与实现问题,该遥控器可用于遥控WaterDancerⅡ-a型水上行走机器人.基于对功能和性能的考虑,该遥控器采用以红外光为载体、发射控制编码信号、由机器人接收信号并解码的遥控模式.该遥控装置采用集中控制模式,以MSP430超低功耗单片机为主控制器,并使用红外发射管、红外接收头、显示数码管、按键等器件.控制软件采用C语言编制,主要完成遥控信号的编码与调制等功能.该遥控器实现了水上行走机器人的前进、后退、转弯、调速以及自主/手动运行模式切换等遥控功能.实验表明该遥控器实现了设计目标,且性能良好. The design method and realization technology of an infrared remote device are discussed.The controller can be used to control Water Dancer Ⅱ-a robot.Considering demanded functions and performance,the remote control mode is adopted.Infrared(IR) is used as carrier to transmit coding signal and then the signal is received and decoded by the robot.The remote control device in centralized control mode uses the ultra-low pow er microchip MSP430 as the main controller,connected w ith components of IR transmitter,IR receiver,LED(light emitting diode) and several keys,etc.The console program is designed w ith C language to fulfill the functions of coding and modulating of remote control signal.Remote control functions of forw ard,backw ard,turn,speed governing and autonomous / manual mode sw itching for the w ater strider robot are achieved by the controller.The experimental results verify the performance of the developed remote controller.
