彩色多普勒超声检查结合内瘘血管造影在评估动静脉内瘘中的应用 被引量：8

摘要 长期血管通路是维持血液透析患者的生命线，自体动静脉内瘘是透析用血管通路的第一选择。血管的评估和选择尤其是上肢内瘘所用头静脉的条件直接影响着内瘘的长期通畅率。临床常借助束臂试验发现条件不良的静脉，对临床帮助很大，但是，对于内瘘所用静脉的内径、有无血栓等具体问题以及内瘘术后失功的原因判断有一定的局限性。超声多普勒对血管的评估检查无创、经济、方便，造影检查是评估血管的“金标准”。笔者采用超声多普勒及血管造影检查评估上肢动静脉内瘘血管情况，以便指导临床采取进一步的治疗措施。
