组蛋白甲基化肽基精氨酸脱亚胺酶4与自身免疫病

摘要 组蛋白位于真核细胞的细胞核中,是高度保守的蛋白质。它分为:①核心组蛋白(H2A,H2B,H3,H4),是核小体核心部分,DNA包裹在外面。②联结组蛋白(H1,H5)。每2个核心组蛋白聚集形成一个大约有147bp的DNA分子包绕的1.7圈左手超螺旋翻转的八聚体。
