摘要
选择正常奶牛和患病奶牛(患乳腺炎)的血液样品为研究对象,进行荧光光谱实验。激发光的波长范围为220-300nm。实验结果表明当激发光为230、250nm和260nm时,所得荧光光谱的荧光强度较强。患病奶牛血液样品荧光光谱在467nm处的荧光峰与正常奶牛血液样品相比发生了蓝移,并在322nm处产生了新的荧光峰,同时在600-800nm区域的宽谱带的荧光强度明显增强。患病奶牛的血液中的蛋白质、血红素辅基和卟啉分子结构发生了变化导致荧光光谱发生了变化。可依据上述血液样品的荧光光谱在某些区域的变化判断出奶牛的血液样品是否异常。实验为血液检测及疾病诊断技术提供了实验支持,同时对血液照射疗法提供了实验基础。
In this paper, the fluorescence characteristics of healthy cow's blood and suffering (mammitis) cow's blood sample were studied by the fluorescence analysis technology. The wavelength range of excitation light was from 220 nm to 300 nm in the experiment. The experiment results have showed that when the wavelength of excitation light is 230 nm, 250 nm and 260 nm, fluorescence intensity of blood sample is strong. The fluorescence peak of suffering cow's blood sample is blue shifted at 467 nm compared to healthy cow's blood sample, generates a new fluorescence peak at 322 nm, and enhances at wide band between 600 800 nm. The protein, hemoglobin and porphyrin molecular structure have changed in the blood lead to the changes of fluorescence spectrum. It is the evidence of determining whether the cow's blood sample is abnormal. This study provided a new analysis technology for a blood test and disease diagnosis. Also the experiment basis is provided for blood irradiation therapy.
