摘要 1病例资料患者，男，40岁，以“右踝关节外伤疼痛不适2年余”于2013年2月18日入院。患者于2年前运动时扭伤右踝关节，当虹疼痛不适，外踝肿胀，右踝关节正侧位X线片未见骨折，
