摘要
采用近红外光谱分析技术对纺织品含量进行定量分析可以实现对样品快速无损检测。但是近红外光谱分析技术是一种间接分析技术,它需要从已知原料组分的样品中采集样品的近红外光谱,并根据样品的纤维含量,结合化学计量法建立近红外校正模型,才能将近红外光谱技术应用于实际的检测工作中,所以建模样品原料组分的精确度决定了近红外模型预测结果的精确度,提高所用样品原料组分赋值的精确度就能提高近红外光谱分析技术对纺织品含量进行定量分析的精确度。
Near infrared spectral analysis technology for quantitative analysis of textiles is a new technology developed in recent years, which can realize fast nondestructive testing of the sample. But near infrared spectral analysis technology is a kind of indirect analysis technology, it needs to use the samples of have know the raw material components, collect the near infrared spectrum of samples, according to the fiber content of the sample, combined with stoichiometry set up the near infrared calibration model, then can made near-infrared spectroscopy technology applied in the actual detection work, so the accuracy of modeling sample components determines the accuracy of the forecast results come from the near infrarred model, improve the accuracy of samples of contained components can raise the accuracy of quantitative analysis for textiles used near infrared spectral analysis technology.
