Macroscopic Design and Structure Optimization of Semiconductor Refrigeration Box

摘要 应用有限元方法,探讨了半导体制冷箱电路的设计,基于ANSYS软件对半导体制冷箱的宏观结构与保温层厚度进行了优化,并应用Fluent软件对优化后的制冷箱进行了制冷过程的温度场模拟。该仿真数据对于半导体制冷箱的设计具有一定的参考价值。 By use of finite element methods, this paper discussed the circuit's design of semiconductor refrigeration box, and optimized the macro-structure and insulation thickness of semiconductor refrigeration box on the basis of ANSYS software. The Fluent software was applied to temperature field simulation of the refrigeration process of the optimized refrigeration box. The simulation data have some reference value for the design of semiconductor refrigeration box.
