摘要 谵妄（delirium）是指多种原因引起的一过性的意识混乱状态。短时间内出现意识障碍和认知能力改变是谵妄的临床特征,意识清晰度下降或觉醒程度降低是诊断的关键。而重症监护病房（ICU）谵妄主要是指入住ICU的非精神性疾病病人经历一系列打击所致的一种中枢神经系统的急性功能性障碍。ICU谵妄病人可导致住院时间更长,并发症发生率和病死率更高,增加机械通气病人脱机困难和脱机失败的比例,医疗费用增加。
