精神科护士与精神病病人家属对精神病人歧视状况的比较研究 被引量：3

摘要 [目的]了解精神科护士与精神病病人家属对精神疾病病人歧视的状况。[方法]采用方便抽样法,应用歧视精神病病人评估量表,对某精神病医院护士及精神科住院病人家属对病人的歧视状况进行问卷调查。[结果]精神病人家属隔离维度、危险维度得分及总分均较护士得分低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),与病人的接触程度对精神病病人的歧视程度有影响(P<0.05)。[结论]精神病人家属对精神病病人的歧视程度比护士轻,与病人接触程度越高,则对病人的歧视程度越轻。
