辅助性肝移植的选择与实施

摘要 随着器官移植理论和技术的进步，以及供肝短缺的矛盾日益突出，近年辅助性肝移植术（auxiliarylivertransplantation，ALT）走上了快速发展的轨道。与原位肝移植术需切除全部病肝不同，它保留患者全部或部分肝脏，将供肝原位或异位植入受体内，从而使肝功能衰竭病人得到临时支持，或使原肝缺失的代谢、解毒功能得到代偿。其优势在于所需的移植肝量少，对原有肝脏影响小，术中没有无肝期，手术损伤较小等。部分急性肝衰竭的患者在原肝功能完全恢复后可放弃移植肝，从而停用免疫抑制剂，达到真正意义上的治愈。
