基于图像处理的麻花钻角度定位设计 被引量:1

摘要 在机械加工行业中,钻孔是一步十分常见的重要工序,而麻花钻是钻孔的直接部件。在实际钻孔过程中,麻花钻的磨损非常严重,所以钻头需要频繁反复的修磨。但是现有的麻花钻修磨设备和传统的麻花钻修磨方法存在着诸多缺陷,如修磨效率低、修磨质量不高等。为了解决上述问题,提出了一种新的基于图像处理的麻花钻角度自动定位方案,并根据生产实践对方案进行了测试。经理论分析和实际处理,该方案能有效完成麻花钻角度定位,实现麻花钻全自动修磨。 Drilling is a common and important processing in the machinery industry,while twist drill is the direct component. In the actual drilling process,abrasion of twist drill is very serious, so drill must be repaired and grinded frequently. But there are many faults with existing equipment and method on twist drill, such as low efficiency and poor qualily. In order to solve these faults,we propose a novel scheme for positioning automatically of twist drill angel based on image processing,and carry on testing according to production practices. The scheme accomplish positioning of twist drill in effect by analyzing theoretically and verifying actually,which can achieve grind automatically.
