摘要
目的:探讨三伏贴治疗冬天容易加重或复发的支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:纯中药按照特定方法配成药膏,在夏季三伏天,根据不同分型选择不同组穴位贴敷,连贴3年为一个疗程。结果:治疗600例支气管哮喘,随机分为治疗组和对照组各300例,对照组采取西药常规抗炎,解痉,平喘治疗,治疗组在西药常规抗炎,解痉,平喘的基础上采用三伏贴治疗,发现治疗组发病次数减少,发作程度减轻,发作后再通过治疗的时间也比对照组缩短。结论:特定时间在特定穴位上贴敷特定药物,能有效治疗支气管哮喘,且长期疗效上,三伏贴治疗支气管哮喘优于常规西药疗法。
Objective： This paper argues that the three fit perfectly treatment winter easy to increase or recurrence of the curative effect of bronchial asthma,Methods： Pure Chinese herbal medicine according to the specific method match into ointment,In the summer dog days,Z,according to different parting choose different group apply acupoint sticking,even put three years for a period of treatment Results： Treatment of 600 cases of bronchial asthma,were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group in the 300 cases,control group take western medicine conventional anti-inflammatory,spasmolysis,relieving asthma treatment,the treatment group in the western medicine conventional anti-inflammatory,spasmolysis,flat out on the basis of three fit perfectly treatment,the results showed that the treatment group to reduce the number of attack,the extent lighter,and attack after through the treatment time is better than control group shorten.Conclusion： Specific time in certain acupuncture points on apply specific drugs,can effectively treating bronchial asthma,and long-term efficacy,three fit perfectly treating bronchial wheezing.
