摘要
对搅拌装置的选择和设计进行了探讨 ,提出了适合松油醇水合反应釜的搅拌器型式、搅拌轴直径、搅拌转速、稳定装置及挡板型式等参数和依据。设计出了高效合理的松油醇水合反应搅拌装置。
The paper mainly studies on the selection and design of stirring apparatus. Through some experiments, some parameters and data of stirrer type, the diameter of stirrer axes, rotation speed, stabillization plant as well as the type of baffle plate, which are suited to the stirring apparatus of terpineol hydration still, have been recommended ; and a type of high efficient and reasonable stirring apparatus has been designed.
