摘要
随着教育制度的深化改革,对高校的发展产生一定的影响,对高校管理也提出了更高的要求。在高校管理中,高校后勤管理也得到了高度的重视。在高校后勤管理中,为了提高后勤管理水平,现如今后勤管理模式逐渐向精细化管理模式发展,对后期管理工作既带来了机遇,也带来了挑战。在高校后勤管理工作中,运用精细化管理模式,在很大程度上能够提高服务和管理水平,对师生的教学和学习过程起到了积极的促进作用。因此,在本文中我们可以对高校后勤管理的精细化管理模式进行全面地分析,从而促进高校后勤管理水平。
The deepening reform of the education system has some impacts on the development of colleges and universities, and puts forward higher requirements for university management. In college management, logistics management is also attached to more importance. In college logistics management, the applica tion of intensive management model can improve the level of ser vice and management and plays a positive role in teachers and students＇ teaching and learning. Therefore, this paper makes an overall analysis on the intensive management of college logistics management, so as to promote the level of college logistics man agement.
