摘要
目的比较酮康唑经糖尿病和正常大鼠皮肤体外透过性的差异。方法利用扩散池(Franzcells)技术对临床常用的抗真菌药物酮康唑进行研究,将其制成凝胶剂、乳膏剂和软膏剂,比较其经糖尿病和正常大鼠皮肤的渗透吸收差异。结果酮康唑乳膏经糖尿病皮肤透过速率大于正常组,且糖尿病模型组与正常组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论透过性差异的产生与糖尿病状态下皮肤自身的改变有关。
Objective To compare the difference of percutaneous extracorporal permeability of ketoconazole in diabetic and normal rats. Methods The diffusion cell (Franzcells) technique was used to study the commonly used antifungal drug ketoconazole and make them into gels, cream and ointment; the difference of percutaneous permeability in dia- betic and normal rats was analyzed. Results The percutaneous permeable rate of ketoconazole cream in diabetic rats was larger than that in normal rats, the difference was significant (1~〈0.05). Conclusion The occurrence of permeability difference is related to the skin changes under diabetic conditions.
