摘要
目的探讨健康宣教对重症监护室家属心理压力和行为的影响。方法选取2011年1~12月入住重症监护室的33例患者作为对照组,2012年1—12月入住重症监护室的37例患者作为观察组,由专门的医护人员对其家属进行系统的、全方位的、动态的、连续的健康宣教。对照组在每天下午1h的探视时间内,家属有问题随时进行解答。比较两组患者家属SCL-90评分。结果观察组患者家属心理状态良好,SCL-90评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论重症监护室对患者家属实施系统的、全方位的、动态的、连续的健康宣教可以显著缓解患者家属心理压力,促进患者尽早度过危险期,早日转到普通病房继续治疗,提高患者满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of health education on the psychological and behavior of ICU patients family members. Methods A total of 33 patients admitting to hospital during Jan 2011 and Dec 2011 were selected as control groups and 37 patients during Jan 2012 and Dec 2012 were selected as experiment groups. Family members of experiment groups were given systemic, omni bearing, dynamic and consecutive health education, while family members of control group only got answers when they asked in a 1 h visiting time. And a SCL -90 score were performed. Results Patients family members of experiment groups had a actively mental status. Its SCL - 90 score was significantly lower than that of control group (P 〈 0. 05 ) . Conclusions Systemic, omni bearing, dynamic and consecutive health education can significantly reduce mental stress to ICU patients family members, promote patients through the crisis as soon as possi- ble, and improve patients" satisfaction.
