渤海湾南部水域春秋季强壮滨箭虫摄食压力变化的初步研究 被引量:2

Preliminary study on the variations of Aidanosagitta crassa feeding pressure in southern Bohai Bay during Spring and Autumn

摘要 于2010年5月和10月在渤海湾南部进行了10个站位的浮游动物生态调查,分析了强壮滨箭虫对浮游动物的摄食压力,结果表明,春季强壮滨箭虫(Aidanosagitta crassa)的数量分布受控于温度和盐度,强壮滨箭虫的生物量为279 mg/m3,丰度为33.8 ind/m3,摄食率为0.95mg C/m2.d,强壮滨箭虫对浮游动物总生产力和现存量的摄食压力分别为6.98%和0.21%,优势种中华哲水蚤(Calanus sinicus)的数量分布与强壮滨箭虫呈现显著相关,相关系数为0.648,中华哲水蚤是强壮滨箭虫主要的食物来源之一。秋季,强壮滨箭虫生物量和丰度分别为66 mg/m3和30.5 ind/m3,摄食率为0.50 mgC/m2.d,强壮滨箭虫对浮游动物总生产力和现存量的摄食压力分别为3.43%和0.72%,强壮滨箭虫的数量与桡足类的数量呈显著相关,中小型桡足类是强壮滨箭虫的主要食物来源。研究表明,温度和黄海海流是强壮滨箭虫摄食压力变化的主要因素。 Zooplankton ecological surveys involving 10 stations were carried out in southern Bohai Bay during May and October of 2010,the feeding pressure ofAidanosagitta crassa on zooplankton and copepods was analyzed.The results showed that the abundance ofA idanosagitta crassa was controlled by temperature and salinity,and the biomass ofA idanosagitta crassa was 279 mg/m2,and the biological density was 33.8 ind/m3 and the feeding rate was 0.95 mg C/m2·d.The feeding pressure of A idanosagitta crassa on zooplankton production was 6.98 %,and feeding pressure on the biomass of zooplankton was 0.21 %.The correlation between the biomass of the dominant species,namely,Calanus sinicus and the A idanosagitta crassa was significant in May,and the correlation coefficient was 0.648,which may be due to the fact that Calanus sinicus was one of primary food sources of A idanosagitta crassa.A idanosagitta crassa biomass and bio-dlensity were 66 mg/m2 and 30.5ind/m3 respectively in September.The feeding rate of A idanosagitta crass a was 0.50 mgC/m2· d.The feeding pressure of A idanosagittacrassa on zooplankton production was 3.43 %,and the feeding pressure on the biomass of zooplankton was 0.72 %.Significant correlation was found between the copepods biomass and the A idanosagitta crassa biomass in October,which indicated that small and medium-sized copepods became major food source for A idanosagitta crassa.The temperature and the Yellow Sea flow were major factors for the changes of A idanosagitta crassa feeding rate.
