摘要
目的掌握浦东新区46家社区卫生服务中心牙科人力、设备资源配置现状,为社区合理配置牙科资源提供参考依据。方法通过问卷调查掌握社区牙科人力、设备资源配置现状。结果 46家社区共有牙科医生126名,护理人员36名,医生护士比例为3.5∶1;社区近3年内牙科医生流失20名,调入14名;社区牙科共有综合治疗椅130台,便携式牙椅25台。结论社区牙科医护比例失调;在近3年内社区牙科医生数量减少。
OBJECTIVE Grasping community health service centers＇ dental human and equipment resources situation in Pudong New Area and giving references to rational allocation of communities＇ dental resources.METHODS Communities＇ dental human and equipment resource situation were investigated by self-administered questionnaire.RESULTS 46 communities had 126 dental doctors and 36 nurses;the doctors and nurses ratio was 3.5 ∶1.Communities had lost 20 dental doctors and added 14 in recent 3 years.Communities had 130 dental comprehensive treatment chairs and 25 portable dental chairs.CONCLUSION The doctors and nurses ration was imbalanced and the number of community＇ dentists had decreased in recent 3 years.
