摘要
根据两创教育战略目标,高校实践教学改革势在必行。文章通过分析工商管理专业实践教学面临的主要问题,结合浙江万里学院近10年来的教学改革实践,构建工商管理专业"双核多维"实践教学模式,力求形成稳定而动态发展的实践教学体系。以"两创型"、"应用型"人才培养目标为双核,从课堂嵌入维度、系统推进维度、创业实践维度、校企合作维度、实验实训维度等多维度入手,推动工商管理专业实践教学改革。
Practice teaching reform of college and university is imperative according to the innovation strategy. Through the analysis of problems in practical teaching for Business Administration majors, combining the teaching reform and practice of entrepreneurship education and professional education in recent 10 years in Zhejiang Wanli University, this paper discussed the dual-core and multidimensional practical teaching reform. It＇s supposed to promote the practice teaching reform for the BA majors and achieve the target of practical talents cultivation by adopting more practical skills in classroom teaching with some soft wares, combining the entrepreneurship education with professional education, making good use of the school-enterprise cooperation and setting up simulation platforms for practical training.
