摘要
我国职业技术教育学研究生教育发展的20多年里,在规模、体系、学科建设上取得了一系列成绩,但是在培养模式中仍然呈现出"应用性"缺失等问题,无法满足社会对实用型人才的需求。因此,通过对陕西地区的研究与探讨,给出了职业技术教育学研究生在课程设置,教学实践以及培养方式等方面的建议,进而建立起高校、职校、企业三方联合的培养模式,使之真正适应社会发展的需要。
During China＇s development of the graduate student training of vocational and technical education over the past two decades,great achievements have been made in the construction of scale,system,discipline and operation,though the training mode is less application-oriented so that it can＇t meet the social demand for the applied talents.Therefore,this paper,taking Shaanxi province as an example,puts forward proposals in the curriculum,the teaching practice and the teaching method of the graduate student training of vocational and technical education.It is advised to set up a three-wayjoint training mode of university,vocational school and enterprise to adapt to the social development.
