摘要
国内地铁工程建设中,区间风井一般均在隧道施工前完成。结合郑州地铁1号线一期工程,介绍了先采用盾构法通过区间风井,然后再进行风井的基坑开挖和主体结构施工方法。总结了围护结构设计方法,深入分析了施工重、难点和相应处理措施,以及基坑监测中主要监测项目及监测结果。工程实践表明,该工艺有效缩短了盾构施工工期。
The interval air shaft is finished before tunnel construction in domestic subway construction. Based on phase I project of Zhengzhou Subway Line 1, the author introduces the method that shield method is used to cross the interval air shaft, then foundation excavation of air shaft and construction of main structure is finished. The author summarizes the design method of enclosure structure, analyzes key and difficult points in construction and treatment measures, the main monitoring items and results for foundation excavation monitoring. Engineering practice shows that the construction process can shorten time limit of shield construction.
