摘要
目的:应用PDCA循环法规范手术安全核查的管理。方法:将2010年6月至2011年6月1624例手术分为对照组和观察组,对运用PDCA循环法前后、2种不同管理方法实施手术安全核查情况进行比较分析。结果:手术安全核查流程正确执行率由实施前43.40%提高至91.88%,手术标识正确执行率由实施前50.33%提高至96.77%。2组比较,观察组正确执行率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0001)。结论:将PDCA循环法应用于规范手术安全核查管理,能有效保证手术患者安全,降低医疗事故发生率,提高患者满意度。
[ Objective] To evaluate the effect of PDCA in specifying the management of verification of safety operation. [ Method ] 1624 cases who received operation from Jun 2010 to Jun 2011 were divided into control group and observation group. The observation group used PDCA circulation method to manage verification of safety operation. The correct executing rate of operation safety verification and operation marking were compared before and after using PDCA in observation group. Those two indexes were also compared between two groups. [ Result ] The correct executing rote of operation safety verifcafion raised from 43.40 % to 91.88 % and the correct executing rate of operation marking raised from 50.33 % to 96.77 %. The two rates of ob- servation group were significantly higher than control group （ P = 0.0001）. [ Conclusion] The PDCA method applied to stan- dardize operation verification of safety management can effectively guarantee the operation patient safety, reduce medical acci- dent rote and improve patients＇ satisfaction.
