闭合复位弹性髓内钉治疗儿童桡骨颈骨折的随访研究 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨采用闭合复位弹性髓内钉固定治疗O'BrienⅢ型儿童桡骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法采用闭合复位弹性髓内钉固定治疗23例O'BrienⅢ型桡骨颈骨折。结果 23例获随访平均1.5年。末次随访时肘关节活动范围与健侧比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。肘关节功能根据Metaizau标准评定:优21例,良2例。结论采用闭合复位弹性髓内钉固定治疗O'BrienⅢ型儿童桡骨颈骨折,具有微创、手术操作简便、固定牢固、可早期活动、并发症少等优点。
