摘要
目的调查分析药物流产失败的相关因素。方法对2011年1月～2013年1月到我院接受药物流产1000例患者的临床资料进行系统的回顾性调查分析，统计药物流产失败的相关因素。结果接受药物流产1000例患者中经确诊86例药物流产失败，药物流产失败率达8．6％。年龄≥35岁、停经40～49d、孕囊直径≥2．0cm、既往有剖宫产史者、孕≥2次，产≥1次、子宫位于后倾及后倾后屈位为导致患者发生药物流产失败的重要因素（P〈0．05）。结论通过对上述原因的分析，对于药物流产患者不仅要严格掌握适应证及禁忌证；还要考虑患者的年龄、孕龄、孕囊的大小、孕产次等相关因素，以减少药物流产失败的发生率。
Objective To investigate the failure related factors of medical abortion. Methods From January 2011 to January 2013,1000 cases medical abortion patients were investigated in our hospital,and related factors of failed medical abortion were retrospectively analyzed by statistics methods. Results Among 1000 patients whic received drug abortion,86 cases were diagnosed as medical abortion failure,the abortion failure rate was 8.6%. Age 〉 35 years,menopause 40-49d,gestational sac diameter i〉 2.0cm,previous with cesarean section,pregnancy I〉 2 times,capacity I〉 1 times,the uterus was backward and backward were all important factor of medical abortion as causing patients failure（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Based on the above analysis,for patients with medical abortion,not only be strictly controlled indications and contraindications： also consider the patient＇s age,gestational age,gestational sac size,maternal inferior relevant factors,and in order to reduce the medical abortion failure rate.
