摘要 由于检测试剂盒方便、快捷,使用范围越来越广泛,其质量直接关系到结果的准确,需要有合适的评价方法确保试剂盒的性能指标符合使用需求。该文针对链霉素酶联免疫检测试剂盒方法学评价,设计完整的评价方案并应用于实际,结果表明:该方案对于判别试剂盒的质量具有较高的实际应用价值。 The applying range of test kits becomes more and more wide due to its convenient and quick analysis. The quality of test kits was directly related to the accuracy of test results. However, it needs an appropriate evaluation method to ensure that the performance of these kits could meet the requirement in usage. In this paper, an evaluation method was designed and applied to validate the streptomycin ELISA test kits. The results demonstrated that the program was suitable for discriminating the quality of the kits; it possesses high applicable value in the practice.
