摘要
通过生长速率法和平板对峙法的复合筛选体系,研究木霉菌株对棉花立枯病菌(Rhizoctonia solani Kühn)、黄瓜枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum(Schl).f.sp.cucumerinum Owen)和马铃薯枯萎病菌(Fusarium oxysporum Schlecht)3种病原菌的抑菌效果。结果表明:木霉菌株198-2b-2在第七天对棉花立枯病菌、黄瓜枯萎病菌和马铃薯枯萎病菌的抑菌率分别达62.2%、62.5%和67.6%;木霉菌株198-4a-1在第七天对3种供试病原菌的抑菌率分别达62.2%、60.9%和66.2%。说明木霉菌株198-2b-2和198-4a-1的抑菌效果较好,生防潜力较大,可用于木霉生防作用的进一步研究。
In order to screen effective Triehoderma strains for biocontrol usage, a screening system, combined with the mycelium growth rates screening and plate confrontation screening, was used to study the inhibiting activity of Trichoderma strains against three kinds of plant pathogens, Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn, Fusarium oxysporum (Schl). f. sp cucumerinum Owen and Fusarium oxysporurn Schlecht of Potato wilt disease. The results showed that the inhibition rates of Trichoderma strain 198-2b-2 against three previously mentioned plant pathogens were 62. 2%.62. 5% and 67.6%, respectively after seven days treatment, and those of Trichoderma strain 198-4a-1 were 62. 2% .60. 9% and 66.2% respectively. Therefore, both Trichoderrna strains, 198-2b-2 and 198-4a-1, possess high antagonistic activity against three tested plant pathogens and they can be used for Trichoderma biological control in the further.
