摘要
药物化学主要以结构为中心,但药物的化学结构多且无规律。针对药物化学课程的特点,从课堂教学与实验教学方面讨论了PBL教学法的过程,并对其具体操作模式进行探讨。
Medicinal chemistry is mainly centering on the structure as center, but the chemical structure of drugs is much and irregular. According to the characteristics of the medicinal chemistry courses, from the aspects of classroom teaching and experiment teaching method process of PBL teaching method is discussed,and its specific operating mode were discussed.
