摘要
从采油废水生物处理装置活性污泥中筛选得到两株高盐度采油废水石油降解菌(JZ3和JZ4),对其生长特性和除油能力进行了试验研究,并对其进行了分子生物学鉴定。结果表明:JZ3的最佳生长条件为温度40℃、pH值7.0、转速110r/min、接种量3%,JZ4的最佳生长条件为温度40℃、pH值6.0、转速130r/min、接种量3%;在最佳生长条件下,将菌株JZ3和JZ4接种到实际含油废水中108h后,对采油废水中石油类污染物的去除率分别达到62.1%和61.4%;经生理生化特性试验和16SrRNA序列分析鉴定,JZ3为Pseudomonas pachastrellae,JZ4为Pseudomonas sp.(假单胞菌属)。
This paper screens two strains for the degradation of high salinity oil-field wastewater, named JZ3 and JZ4, isolated from the active sludge in oil-field wastewater biological treatment system. The paper analyzes the growth characteristics and oil removal ability of the strains, and makes molecular biological i- dentification for the strains. Results show that the optimal growth conditions for JZ3 are temperature of 40℃,pH of 7,rotation speed of 110 r/min and inoculation volume of 3%;and the optimal growth condi- tions for JZ4 are temperature of 40℃ ,pH of 6,rotation speed of 130 r/min and inoculation volume of 3%. Under the optimal culture conditions, after 108h of inoculation, the oil removal rates of JZ3 and JZ4 are 62.1% and 61.4G respectively. At the end,the study identifies JZ3 and JZ4 as Pseudomonas pachastrellae and Pseudomonas sp. ,based on their 16S rRNA sequence and physiological and biochemical characteristics.
