摘要
基于理论视角,探讨了贫困与人口增长之间的内在逻辑。研究表明,贫困是人口内生性增长的经济动因,并且在无条件限制的情况下,贫困与人口增长将相互推动,形成恶性循环。据此,中国在坚持人口政策的同时,应该采取措施为农民提供各种社会保障,逐步减缓农村的贫困程度,推动人口与经济协调发展。
According to some theories,this paper discusses the inner logic between poverty and population growth. The research result shows that poverty is the economic reason of population growth, and poverty and population growth will push each other,then form a vicious circle if without any limited condition. Therefore, China should take measures to provide all kinds of social securities for farmers at the same time when we adhere to the population policy,and gradually slow the level of rural poverty, promote the coordinated development between population and economy.
