烟碱对烤烟种子萌发及幼苗生长特性的影响

摘要 为了研究不同浓度烟碱液对烤烟种子萌发及幼苗生长的作用效果,在烤烟K326生长过程中施加不同浓度烟碱液研究其对种子萌发及幼苗生理生化的影响。结果表明:1)低浓度烟碱液能够促进种子萌发,但对发芽率和发芽势没有显著影响;高浓度下能够抑制种子萌发,且浓度越大,抑制作用越明显,发芽率和发芽势在一定浓度范围内随着浓度的不断增大而降低,且抑制趋势显著;发芽率、发芽势在不同烟碱液浓度下表现敏感。2)烟碱液对烤烟幼苗的生长在0~400μm/L浓度范围内以促进作用为主,尤以种子萌发为显著;当烟碱液浓度高于400μm/L时以抑制作用为主。3)烟碱液对烤烟幼苗主要生理生化的影响作用“拐点”不同,甚至同一生理生化作用中的不同指标“拐点”也不尽相同。4)在一定浓度范围内,烟碱液相较于其他组分根系分泌物对烤烟种子萌发及幼苗生长的促进作用更为明显。 The effects of various concentrations of nicotine solution on seed germination and seedling growth of tobacco K326 were studied. Results. 1) Low concentration of nicotine can promote seed germination, but no significant effect on germination rate and germination potential High concentrations can inhibit seed germination, and the greater the concentration, the more obvious inhibition to the germination rate and germination potential in certain concentration range reduced with the increasing of concentration, and the inhibition of significant trends Germination rate, germination potential under different smoke alkali concentration performance is more sensitive. 2) Nicotine liquor to the growth of flue-cured tobacco seedlings in the range of 0 - 400 /μm/L is given priority to with promoting effect, especially in seed germination When nicotine concentration is higher than 400μm/L. the concentration is given priority to with inhibition. 3) The main physiological and biochemical effects of alkali liquor of the seedlings of flue-cured tobacco smoke effect "inflection point" is different, even the same physiological and biochemical effect of different indicators " inflection point" is not the same, too. 4) In a certain concentration range, nicotine liquid has more significant promoting effect on tobacco seed germination and seedling growth than other root secretions.
