摘要
对装配生产线平衡方法做了阐述,并以某发动机装配生产线为研究对象,收集、整理该线的相关数据;运用启发式平衡方法,对该线进行平衡改善,对发动机装配生产线启发式平衡方法进行初步研究,使该生产线的工位数减少,平衡效率提高了近12%。
This thesis introduces the method of the balancing of assembly line. It takes one engine assembly line as the research object. The rlevant data of the engine assembly line were investigated and collected. The balance for engine assembly line was carried out by the heuristic balance method, with which a primary study on heuristic balancing method of engine assembly production line is made, as a result, the the number of operation was reduced and balance efficincy was increased by nearly 12%.
