移位性跟骨关节内骨折切开复位内固定治疗的临床研究 被引量：5

摘要 跟骨骨折约占人体所有骨折的2％。对跟骨关节内骨折的治疗，采取的治疗方法包括保守治疗、切开复位一期关节融合等，但取得的结果远不令人满意。随着cT的应用，对跟骨骨折的损伤机制有了更深入的了解，国内外有很多报道对移位的跟骨关节内骨折采用切开复位钢板螺钉内固定治疗取得了好的结果。优良率在90．2％-98．3％。本研究的目的是评价我院手术治疗跟骨骨折的初步结果。
